Unable to install the plugin
In order to use a plugin the user account for your WordPress website must have the permissions to install a plugin. When you log into your WordPress website you must see the Plugins menu to ensure that you have the correct permissions to manage this new plugin installation.
In order to fix this you will need to work with your website’s administrator to either complete the installation or to grant you access to manage plugins.
Unable to add an image
The pFavicon plugin requires access to your WordPress website’s media folder to add new images. You must have permissions to the Media menu of the website in order to add new images to the website.
In order to fix this issue you will need to work with your website’s administrator to either completed the file uploads or to grant you access to the website’s media capabilities.
Updated favicon is not showing up
Some browsers will cache the favicon more aggressively than others. The update has been made but may take some time to show in the web browser. Emptying your browser’s cache and reloading the browser window usually solves this problem.
